These general conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order via www.leolitteratur.fi. Agreement is concluded between you and Leo Litteratur Ab, FO number 3217938-3. Detailed contact details and other information about Leo Literature can be found on the website. The terms and conditions are only applicable to you who are a consumer and who place orders through us. Prices are in euros and include VAT.

 

Customers under the age of 18 must have a guardian's permission to order our products. Fraud attempts are reported to the police and we reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. Leo Litteratur reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change your order (for example if you have provided incorrect personal data and/or have payment objections).

 

Leo Litteratur reserves the right for final sales and any image and writing errors on the website, for example errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes). Leo Literature has the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been specified for an item that you have ordered, Leo Literature will of course notify you of this and wait for your approval of the corrected price before Leo Literature continues with the order.

 

The website, as well as all content on it, is owned by Leo Litteratur. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Leo Litteratur.

AGREE AND PRAYPOSITION

 

In order to make a purchase via Leo Literature, you must accept and follow the purchase conditions. A purchase agreement is only entered into when Leo Litteratur has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from Leo Litteratur by e-mail. Leo Literature invites you to save this order confirmation. You can cancel your order until it has been confirmed by Leo Litteratur. If the order is cancelled, Leo Literature will refund all possible payments.

 

When you complete an order, you will be asked to provide certain personal data. You confirm that the information is correct and complete and are responsible for incorrectly filled information. The delivery address should be specified according to the name on the door, the street address and the post office. A c/o should be entered after the name if the recipient's name is not the same as the name on the door or mailbox (eg "name of the recipient" c/o "the name on the door").

PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

 

When ordering via Leo Litteratur, the prices stated on the website apply. Prices are stated in euros and include VAT (10-24%). Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are listed separately. Leo Litteratur can offer promotions on the website. These more favorable conditions apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific goods specified by Leo Litteratur in connection with the campaign. Leo Litteratur reserves the right to withdraw such campaigns at any time. In the event of termination or cancellation of a campaign, these Terms apply without modification.

DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

 

Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed (e.g. in connection with the booking of goods that are not in stock), delivery takes place no later than 30 working days after Leo Litteratur has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. The print-on-demand products may take a few extra days to be delivered as they are only manufactured when a customer places their order. Books and locally made products take 1-3 business days to be delivered or picked up. Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays such as Christmas, Midsummer and New Year's Eve and other days when mail is not delivered are not counted as weekdays. Leo Litteratur is not responsible for delayed deliveries in cases where the delay is due to circumstances beyond the company's control. The delivery time shown on the website is an estimate. 

 

The expected delivery time of the product is shown in the order confirmation, in the checkout and/or on the current product page on the website. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 30 working days and this is not due to you as a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

 

If the package is too large to be placed in the mailbox and is to be redeemed, this must be done within the time specified in the notification. Packages must be picked up in person with valid identification and order number. You always receive a notification that shows where and when packages are to be picked up. Notification can take place via e-mail, regular mail, phone calls or SMS. For home delivery, a person must be available to receive the package. If you have a package that is going upcollected locally from Genvägen 8, 10650 Ekenäs, it is available for collection within 1-3 weekdays according to the agreed time and then no delivery fee is added. Books and paintings can also be delivered locally within Ekenäs and the surrounding area. Then a delivery fee of 10 euros is added.

Return policy

When purchasing goods from Leo Litteratur, you have the right to cancel within 14 days. This means that you have the right to regret ittt purchase by notifying Leo Litteratur of this within 14 days of you or your agent receiving the ordered item. The right of cancellation or exchange does not apply to personal posters that are personalized and printed to order. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were on delivery. If the item has clearly been used, Leo Litteratur is entitled to make a deduction from the compensation.

 

In connection with an order for goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, you will receive clear information about this. If an item has been sealed, you must not break the seal if you want to be able to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right to regret therefore ends when you break the seal.

 

If you want to cancel the purchase, you must, before the cancellation period expires, send a clear message to Leo Litteratur where you state your name, your address and other relevant information, e.g. order number, invoice number and name of the item in the message.

 

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping. You are responsible for the product being returned in perfect condition. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date on which notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal was given to Leo Litteratur. The item must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. 

 

When you cancel your purchase, Leo Literature will refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding delivery costs. From the amount to be refunded, Leo Literature has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's decrease in value compared to the item's original value, if such decrease in value is due to you handling the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.

Leo Litteratur pays back the amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the date Leo Litteratur receives your notification about exercising the right of withdrawal. However, Leo Litteratur may wait with the refund until Leo Litteratur has received the item or You have shown that the item has been returned, e.g. through a submission receipt.

 

The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose, provided that nothing else has been agreed or that there are obstacles to such refund.
