This book is a tool for reflection on the coexistence and interaction that prevails with the Romani people. A tentative beginning for a dancer, which then develops into a dancing life, forms the background for various short philosophical-poetic discussions, where change is the common thread.
All of this is decorated with the mother language of the Romani language, Sanskrit, which is also a reminder that, for example, English, French, German, Czech and Romani are related to each other from the time before any of its speakers even knew of the other's existence.
The author/photographer Zoltan has a mixed origin, the Finnish-Swedish working class with the Chinese upper class in British Hong Kong. The entire book is a personal reflection on the situation of a minority people in Europe. And as a representative of the Finnish-Swedish minority, he is always on the lookout to support other minorities. For example, he has learned Romani himself and also created a grammar app for the language as this was lacking.
